JS Designs is a design-led architectural consultancy based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
The company was formed in 2008 by Jonathan Smith to offer architectural services to local residents looking to extend their homes or build the home of their dreams. We are able to offer clients the benefit of considerable experience and knowledge dealing with local Council planners and planning issues.
In 2010 we expanded our portfolio by offering our services to the commercial and retail sector, mainly in submitting Solar Panel applications.
Our most recent achievement has been obtaining planning permission to transform a Grade II* Listed Building known as the Jewel in Wokingham’s Architecture called The Elms in Broad Street, Wokingham. Planning was granted to convert it from offices into 9 luxury apartments which are currently under construction.
