After approaching JS Designs to produce a planning application package, we will visit the site for an initial consultation and to carry out a laser measured survey.
From these measurements we will produce CAD plans of the existing condition. We will then develop drawings of the proposed alterations in consultation with you. Architecture for London will supply the required 1:1250 location map and will submit the application as your planning agent.
Planning application fees are payable to the local authority. As an indication, a typical fee for an application for a house extension is £150. The fee for a Lawful Development certificate is typically £75.
